Principal Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

Collaborating closely with various teams, the full-time remote Principal Solutions Engineer will serve as the top field expert in application and cloud-native security, providing technical feedback to enhance product offerings and assisting in strategic sales opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary expert in application and cloud-native security, delivering technical insights to improve product messaging
• Collaborate with sales teams to demonstrate the technical and business value of the platform during strategic opportunities
• Lead thought leadership sessions to share customer engagement insights with field teams, enhancing effectiveness in delivering value

Required qualifications

• Strong technical background in IT, InfoSec, Cloud, and DevOps concepts
• Proven experience in public cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Deep knowledge of the AppSec landscape, including ASPM, SAST, DAST, and SBOMs
• Proficiency in high-level programming languages (e.g., Python, Go, Rust) and advanced shell scripting
• Expertise in Kubernetes and container environments with the ability to architect and troubleshoot complex systems
