Principal Solutions Engineer
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Principal Solutions Engineer will lead the technical delivery of intelligent AI solutions that integrate with enterprise workflows and productivity tools, collaborating across teams to develop and implement agentic solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Design and deliver end-to-end agentic AI solutions, ensuring cross-system orchestration and production readiness
- Build autonomous agents utilizing LLMs and multi-step reasoning, while implementing responsible AI controls
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to co-develop agentic solutions and facilitate technical alignment across shared employee journeys
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or a related field
- 10+ years of professional software engineering or solutions engineering experience
- 5+ years of experience delivering integrated enterprise solutions across multiple platforms and systems
- Hands-on experience with agentic AI solutions using LLMs, RAG, and orchestration frameworks
- Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
