Principal Solutions Engineer
Job Summary
Leading customer and partner solution development for a next-generation AI acceleration platform, the remote Principal Solutions Engineer will manage end-to-end solution design, performance benchmarking, and system-level tuning while engaging with customers to optimize application performance and drive successful deployments.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end solution design and performance benchmarking for key verticals on EnCharge platforms
- Provide hands-on technical engagement with customers from proof-of-concept through deployment, optimizing application performance and efficiency
- Support technical pre-sales efforts by articulating solution value propositions and performance benchmarks
Required qualifications
- Master's or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in solutions engineering and partner enablement within the semiconductor or AI industry
- Proven track record of bringing complex hardware products to market and driving adoption through software integration
- Experience developing AI solutions for edge, datacenter, or embedded applications
- Strong understanding of AI workloads, optimization, and system integration
