Job Summary

Recognized as a subject matter expert, the full-time Principal Solutions Specialist IV will conduct data-driven analysis to identify trends and gaps within the Dayforce client base, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer support effectiveness and reduce ticket resolution times.

Key responsibilities
  • Conduct data analysis to identify support ticket trends and propose technical solutions
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve customer support processes and product quality
  • Mentor team members and develop training materials to enhance operational effectiveness
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or a related technical field
  • 2+ years of experience working with the Dayforce HCM application
  • Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and understanding of relational database concepts
  • Working knowledge of XML, web services, APIs, and integration technologies
  • Experience in a customer-facing technical service or leadership role
