Job Summary

Principal Sourcing Manager leads strategic sourcing for defined third-party categories in a full-time role, focusing on developing category strategies, negotiating supplier agreements, and managing vendor relationships to achieve cost savings and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and execute strategic sourcing goals, establishing metrics and reporting for assigned categories
• Negotiate supplier agreements and develop sustainable relationships to ensure competitive service guarantees
• Manage vendor selection and maintain supplier relationships while adhering to sourcing policies and compliance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 8+ years of experience in Sourcing and Procurement
• 5+ years of experience in managing complex category and contract management
• Proven leadership experience in Sourcing and Procurement
• Strong understanding of financial planning processes related to sourcing initiatives
