Principal Sourcing Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Sourcing Specialist responsible for leading strategic sourcing and contracting initiatives for third-party spend categories.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement category sourcing strategies to meet business needs and drive continuous improvement
• Negotiate master agreements and establish supplier performance standards aligned with business objectives
• Manage supplier relationships and ensure compliance with company policies and external regulations

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sourcing and contracting for third-party service-related categories
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline
• In-depth knowledge of master agreement structuring and terms
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage workload independently
• Experience with S4/HANA SAP, Coupa, and Ariba systems preferred
