Principal Specialist, Global Trade

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Specialist, Global Trade (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing export authorization strategies for international marketing and sales
• Prepare and submit export/import license applications and provide status updates to leadership
• Interpret ITAR and EAR regulations and facilitate approvals for controlled goods transactions

Required Qualifications

• University Degree or equivalent experience with 5 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with 3 years' experience
• Experience researching and applying ITAR and EAR regulations
• Experience managing ITAR and EAR export authorizations
• Familiarity with Global Trade tools such as DECCS, SNAP-R, or SAP-GT
