Job Summary
Hands-on and technically proficient, the full-time remote Principal Staff Engineer, AI will design, build, and deploy advanced data infrastructure for AI-driven security products, focusing on large language models and agentic workflows while mentoring team members and optimizing scalable solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Architect, implement, and optimize data platforms and pipelines to support large-scale AI systems
- Drive the adoption of agentic workflows and create autonomous, data-driven security features
- Provide technical leadership and mentor engineers on best practices for MLOps/DataOps surrounding LLMs
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related STEM field
- 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering/Platform Engineering, with at least 3 years focused on AI/ML platforms
- Hands-on experience in LLM engineering and developing agentic workflows
- Proven track record of designing and delivering large-scale distributed systems
- Exceptional ability to write clean, performant, and well-tested code
