Principal Statistical Programmer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Statistical Programmer to lead and coordinate statistical programming solutions for complex studies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and implement programming, testing, and documentation of statistical programs for complex studies
• Develop programming specifications and provide advanced technical expertise to internal and external clients
• Communicate project requirements, manage resource assignments, and provide training to team members

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in science or mathematics-related fields
• Minimum of 7+ years of experience in statistical programming within the pharmaceutical or medical device industry
• Advanced knowledge of R programming and SAS, including SAS/BASE, SAS/MACRO, and SAS/GRAPH
• In-depth knowledge of CDISC standards (SDTM and ADaM) and clinical research regulatory requirements
• Experience in leading technical teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously
