Principal Statistical Programmer
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Principal Statistical Programmer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and implement programming, testing, and documentation for complex studies
- Interpret project requirements and develop programming specifications for complex studies
- Provide technical expertise and mentorship to team members and manage project timelines
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a science or mathematics-related field
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in statistical programming within the pharmaceutical or medical device industry
- Advanced knowledge of R programming and SAS (Base, Macro, STAT, Graph, etc.)
- In-depth knowledge of CDISC standards (SDTM and ADaM) and clinical research regulatory requirements
- Experience as a technical team lead with client engagement and task coordination
