Principal Strategic Advisor

Job Summary

Leading strategic initiatives, the full-time Principal Strategic Advisor will assess market environments, develop insights, and collaborate with internal and external partners to drive innovation and align with the organization's long-term goals in a remote work setting.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate strategic development processes and prioritize needs across the organization
• Manage relationships with partners and vendors to implement business strategies and initiatives
• Oversee the creation of strategic intelligence reports and corporate strategic positions for senior management

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in a related field
• 8+ years of experience in a relevant field; or 10+ years of experience in lieu of a degree
• Proven track record in strategic planning and execution of complex initiatives
• Experience in managing high-visibility projects and collaborations
• Strong understanding of market trends and the healthcare industry
