Job Summary
Managing high-value accounts, the full-time Principal Strategic Customer Success Account Manager will serve as a trusted advisor, leveraging AI-driven insights to drive value realization, retention, and growth while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the primary strategic relationship owner for high-value accounts, addressing complex situations and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Manage customer lifecycle outcomes, including value realization and expansion, by aligning with customer business objectives
- Lead executive-level engagements and cross-functional initiatives to enhance product adoption and mitigate risks for at-risk accounts
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience, with at least 8 years in Customer Success or related roles
- Proven experience managing strategic, high-value customer relationships
- Strong business acumen with the ability to utilize data for risk management and growth
- Experience with Salesforce, Gainsight, or similar platforms
- Equivalent experience may be accepted in place of a degree
