Key Responsibilities

Develop and drive technology partnership account strategy to drive joint commercial success metrics
Orchestrate co-selling motions and optimize co-marketing opportunities
Maintain all aspects of go-to-market planning & execution with partners

Qualifications

10-12 years of experience in strategic partnerships or business development in HR, fintech, or B2B technology
At least 2 years managing technology/API driven partnerships
Strong analytical and project management skills
Ability to build and nurture relationships with multiple stakeholders
Passion for remote work and a global outlook preferred
