Job Summary
Principal Strategist, Finance Operations is a full-time position focused on developing the vision, strategy, and objectives for Finance Operations and Spend Management, serving as a trusted advisor to organizational leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage procurement strategic planning, including development and tracking of Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)
- Oversee procurement policies, guidelines, and standard operating procedures for operational governance
- Drive organizational performance through metrics ownership and coordination of operational reporting
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of professional experience with a proven track record of leading transformational change
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or equivalent; Master's degree preferred
- Experienced problem-solver with a strategic mindset
- Deep understanding of the Source-to-Pay process
- Preferred experience in management consulting or corporate strategy
