Job Summary

Partnering with leaders in the Enterprise Foundations organization, the full-time remote Principal Strategy and Business Operations will drive strategic decision-making, develop product strategies, and manage cross-functional teams to enhance business performance and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with product, go-to-market, analytics, and finance teams to prioritize product roadmaps and deliver strategic recommendations
• Drive data-driven decision-making through financial modeling, research, and insights to inform business strategies
• Define and track goals/OKRs to monitor progress against strategic objectives and diagnose business performance issues

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in high-growth software/tech industry in BizOps, consulting, or investment banking roles
• Experience contributing to executive-level decision-making and presenting recommendations effectively
• Proficiency in financial modeling and understanding revenue and cost drivers
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to break down complex problems using a hypothesis-driven approach
• Intellectual curiosity and a genuine interest in technology
