A company is looking for a Principal, Agentic Strategy & Solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and develop the "Agentic Workflow Training" series and proprietary Pattern Libraries for complex fund strategies
• Design multi-agent workflows and system prompts, ensuring production-ready patterns are shipped
• Lead executive advisory sessions and collaborate with sales to create high-value consulting engagements

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in a global consultancy in a client-facing, engagement-leadership role
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and orchestration frameworks
• Fluency in capital markets and understanding of the fundamental research process
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Adaptability to rapidly changing technology environments
