Principal Strategy Consultant

Job Summary

To architect and pilot a client-facing advisory business, the full-time Principal Strategy Consultant will design multi-agent systems for client enablement, lead high-stakes design sprints for C-suite stakeholders, and develop proprietary product offerings while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and develop the "Agentic Workflow Training" series and proprietary Pattern Libraries for complex fund strategies
• Design sophisticated system prompts and multi-agent workflows, ensuring high performance and minimal error rates
• Lead executive advisory sessions and collaborate with Sales to translate client needs into high-value consulting engagements

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in a client-facing, engagement-leadership role within a global consultancy
• Proficiency in large language models and orchestration frameworks
• Strong understanding of capital markets and the fundamental research process
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience thriving in rapidly changing environments with a focus on delivering results
