Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Preferred Strategy & Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for the Emerging segment, including partner journeys and capacity models
• Translate strategic goals into multi-quarter roadmaps and operating plans to drive account acquisition and growth
• Use data to identify growth opportunities and communicate insights to senior leaders for alignment and action

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or related roles with demonstrated impact
• Experience owning strategy and outcomes for complex business segments
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into insights
• Experience with analytical toolsets (e.g., Tableau, SQL) and familiarity with sales tooling preferred
• MBA or advanced degree is a plus
