Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Study Innovation Manager for a home-based position.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide support to study teams to accelerate sponsor clinical studies
Deliver high-quality operational, site feasibility, and recruitment deliverables
Support trial optimization and achievement of study milestones by gathering information, evaluating trial landscape, and supporting enrollment forecasting

Required Qualifications:

B.S. in a scientific or allied health field or equivalent degree
3+ years of experience in clinical trial conduct or 2+ years in feasibility/recruitment
Demonstrated project management abilities in academic, CRO, or sponsor environment
Experience working in multiple rare disease therapeutic areas
High proficiency in Excel
