Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Subcontracts Administrator to support multiple clients across a broad portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary subcontract administrator, making presentations and building relationships with suppliers and clients
  • Review, negotiate, and prepare subcontract terms, proposals, and bids to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies
  • Administer various types of subcontracts and provide leadership in resolving subcontract issues and training professional staff
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field with 7+ years of experience, or 12+ years of progressive experience in contracts/subcontracts
  • Active TS/SCI clearance required
  • Knowledge of various contract types and experience with CPSR and procurement policies
  • Extensive knowledge of Subcontract Management, FAR, DFAR, and GSAR
  • Ability to coach, train, and mentor team members while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
