Job Summary
A company is looking for a Principal Subcontracts Administrator to support multiple clients across a broad portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary subcontract administrator, making presentations and building relationships with suppliers and clients
- Review, negotiate, and prepare subcontract terms, proposals, and bids to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies
- Administer various types of subcontracts and provide leadership in resolving subcontract issues and training professional staff
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field with 7+ years of experience, or 12+ years of progressive experience in contracts/subcontracts
- Active TS/SCI clearance required
- Knowledge of various contract types and experience with CPSR and procurement policies
- Extensive knowledge of Subcontract Management, FAR, DFAR, and GSAR
- Ability to coach, train, and mentor team members while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
