Principal Supplier Performance Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Supplier Performance Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reinforce Nuclear Safety Culture Traits and Human Performance Tools within the supplier network
• Lead supplier development and qualification efforts for new products and cost reduction projects
• Perform technical assessments of new suppliers and manage corrective action requests

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering
• 5+ years of progressive experience in engineering/manufacturing
• Knowledge in manufacturing processes, such as CNC machining
• Experience performing process capability analysis (Cpk) and qualification
• Experience with nuclear products and standards is desired
