Principal Supplier Performance Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Supplier Performance Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strengthen Nuclear Safety Culture Traits and Human Performance Tools at the company and with suppliers
• Lead supplier development and qualification activities for new products and cost reduction efforts
• Perform on-site and remote supplier oversight to ensure technical and quality requirements are achieved

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering
• 5+ years of progressive experience in engineering/manufacturing
• Knowledge in manufacturing processes including machining, welding, and assembly
• Experience performing process capability analysis (Cpk) and qualification
• Experience with nuclear products and standards is desired
