Principal Supplier Performance Engineer

Job Summary

Leading cost reduction and new product projects, the full-time remote Principal Supplier Performance Engineer will conduct technical assessments of new suppliers, manage supplier performance issues, and implement performance improvements to ensure quality and security of supply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead supplier development and qualification activities for new products and cost reduction efforts
• Perform on-site and remote supplier oversight to resolve issues and validate manufacturing capabilities
• Manage internal and supplier corrective action requests, ensuring completion of preventative and corrective actions

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
• 5+ years of progressive experience in engineering/manufacturing
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, including CNC machining
• Experience performing process capability analysis (Cpk) and qualification
• Experience leading multiple concurrent projects
