• Develop and execute supply chain strategies focusing on scalability and cost optimization
• Lead sourcing, procurement, planning, logistics, and fulfillment operations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve inventory turns and supplier performance

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in supply chain, sourcing, or manufacturing operations
• Deep knowledge of component sourcing and OEM partnerships in Asia
• Experience building global supply chains from the ground up
• Technical fluency to collaborate effectively with engineers
• Professional working proficiency in Mandarin
