Job Summary

Owning strategic relationships with Instacart's largest supply chain partners, the full-time remote Principal Supply Chain Partner Manager will manage complex partnerships, drive long-term strategies, and influence cross-functional initiatives to achieve company-level impact.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage strategic relationships with major supply chain partners, serving as the primary executive contact
• Define and implement long-term partnership strategies that align with Instacart's commercial goals
• Lead cross-functional initiatives, resolving ambiguity and holding teams accountable to outcomes

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in strategic account management, management consulting, or business development
• Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders without formal authority
• Exceptional analytical skills to synthesize complex data into strategic recommendations
• Outstanding communication skills and executive presence for leading C-suite conversations
• Experience in leading large cross-functional initiatives from initiation to results
