Job Summary
Providing high-visibility executive administrative support, the full-time Principal Support Administrator will manage executive calendars, prepare leaders for meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Proactively manage and deconflict executive calendars, adjusting for shifting priorities and unscheduled demands
- Prepare leaders for meetings by providing briefing support, agendas, coordination, and logistics
- Draft, edit, and manage correspondence and documents while maintaining organized filing systems for rapid information retrieval
Required qualifications
- Active Top Secret clearance with Full Scope Poly (FSP)
- 4-5 years of progressively responsible administrative support experience, including 1-2 years supporting executive-level leaders
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Discretion and maturity in handling sensitive information and high-visibility interactions
