Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal System Architect, SAP SuccessFactors.

Key Responsibilities

Define technical strategy and govern architectural standards for seamless integration across the HCM suite
Manage technical SAP teams through complex system development and deployment, including AI and application integration
Lead SAP technical vision and guide engineering teams to develop and implement solutions according to best practices

Required Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field with IT focus
8+ years of experience as an Architect/Senior Consultant in SAP SuccessFactors/HR implementations
10+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors
Deep technical experience in SAP application engineering and custom development using Clean Core principles
Experience with HR transformation projects, including migrations from SAP HCM to SuccessFactors Employee Central
