Key Responsibilities

• Execute functional, performance, and reliability testing on HVAC components and systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering
• 10+ years of experience in laboratory testing, validation, or product development
• 2+ years proficiency with lab instrumentation and data acquisition software
• 2+ years of project management experience in cross-functional engineering teams
