Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Principal Systems Engineer will manage major incidents, ensuring timely resolution and communication across teams while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the management and resolution of major incidents to minimize service disruption
• Coordinate communication between technical teams and stakeholders during incidents
• Implement and enhance processes for incident management and reporting

Required qualifications

• Extensive experience in incident management within a technology environment
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams during critical incidents
• Strong understanding of ITIL framework and best practices
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Relevant certifications in IT service management or incident management
