Principal Systems Engineer
Job Summary
Supporting software projects in a full-time capacity, the Principal Systems Engineer will manage the technical clarification, tracking of requirements, and defect management while working remotely in the USA.
Key responsibilities
- Transform customer requirements into internal software requirements and track their progress from definition to verification
- Tailor requirements and defect management processes to meet project needs and assign tasks to relevant departments
- Monitor and report on the implementation of software requirements and defects, ensuring traceability throughout the lifecycle
Required qualifications
- 5-7 years of work experience in software development life cycle, particularly in requirements and defect management
- Proficiency in requirements and task tracking tools such as Atlassian Jira/Confluence and DOORS
- Strong understanding of IREB and GfSE standards
- Advanced communication and presentation skills in English
- Basic knowledge of information security and data privacy requirements
