Principal Systems Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Systems PM, Perception Hardware & Platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and maintain system-level requirements and architecture across all current hardware and future devices
• Lead discovery on new and existing hardware types, assessing technical feasibility and regulatory constraints
• Own product programs from PRD kick-off through mass production, driving requirements and cross-team alignment

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience with hardware-enabled systems, including embedded systems
• Experience with full hardware phase ownership from PRD through mass production
• Strong technical foundation in perception and sensing technologies
• Proven ability to collaborate with hardware, firmware, and software engineers on technical requirements
• Experience in safety-critical or regulated device environments is a plus
