Job Summary
Owning full-cycle recruiting in a remote, full-time capacity, the Principal Talent Acquisition Partner will manage the hiring process across various functions, serve as a trusted advisor to executives, and build diverse candidate pipelines while leveraging AI tools to enhance efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Drive the full-cycle recruiting process from headcount approval to offer negotiation across multiple roles and levels
- Act as a trusted talent advisor, guiding hiring managers on candidate evaluation and hiring strategies
- Build and manage candidate pipelines, proactively sourcing diverse candidates and utilizing AI tools for recruitment tasks
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly in senior leadership, sales, and technical roles
- Experience in healthcare and/or SaaS within a fast-paced startup environment
- Strong generalist recruiting skills capable of handling diverse searches
- Demonstrated ability to pivot and adjust recruiting strategies as priorities shift
- Proficiency in using AI tools for recruitment processes
