Job Summary
Responsible for delivering critical senior-level talent, the full-time Principal Talent Acquisition Partner will develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies while collaborating with senior leaders and HR teams, with the option to work remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Provide strategic consultative partnerships to senior leaders and HR leadership, enhancing the overall hiring experience
- Create pipelines of proactively sourced senior talent while establishing relationships to convert prospects into candidates
- Track talent acquisition trends and share market insights to recommend actionable strategies to the business
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent related professional experience
- 8+ years of full life-cycle recruitment experience, with at least 3 years focused on senior leadership roles
- Advanced search experience with a proven track record in engaging and closing senior-level talent
- Experience recruiting for diverse senior and niche positions, including marketing, sales, and technology
- Proficiency with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM, and modern sourcing tools
