Required Qualifications
- 7-10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Workforce Strategy
- Proven experience with AI, analytics, and labor market insights in recruiting
- Strong consulting and executive communication skills
- Ability to partner across HR and business leadership to influence strategy
- Experience in a remote or distributed organization is preferred
