Required Qualifications
  • 7-10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Workforce Strategy
  • Proven experience with AI, analytics, and labor market insights in recruiting
  • Strong consulting and executive communication skills
  • Ability to partner across HR and business leadership to influence strategy
  • Experience in a remote or distributed organization is preferred
