Job Summary

Serving as a strategic talent partner, the contract Principal Talent Advisor will manage end-to-end recruiting for complex roles in Enterprise Technology, Cybersecurity, and AI/ML, while working remotely to influence hiring strategies and build talent pipelines.

Key responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end recruiting for specialized roles, from sourcing to offer close
  • Provide market insights and data-driven recommendations to guide hiring decisions
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience while leading compensation discussions and negotiations
Required qualifications
  • 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in technology, enterprise SaaS, or cybersecurity
  • Proven experience recruiting senior-level technical talent
  • Strong track record of partnering with executive stakeholders as a consultative advisor
  • Ability to leverage talent analytics and market intelligence in hiring strategies
  • Experience with ATS/CRM platforms and AI-powered recruiting technologies
