Job Summary
Serving as a strategic talent partner, the contract Principal Talent Advisor will manage end-to-end recruiting for complex roles in Enterprise Technology, Cybersecurity, and AI/ML, while working remotely to influence hiring strategies and build talent pipelines.
Key responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruiting for specialized roles, from sourcing to offer close
- Provide market insights and data-driven recommendations to guide hiring decisions
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience while leading compensation discussions and negotiations
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in technology, enterprise SaaS, or cybersecurity
- Proven experience recruiting senior-level technical talent
- Strong track record of partnering with executive stakeholders as a consultative advisor
- Ability to leverage talent analytics and market intelligence in hiring strategies
- Experience with ATS/CRM platforms and AI-powered recruiting technologies
