Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in talent management, organizational development, or strategic HR roles
- Experience in designing and implementing enterprise talent programs in global organizations
- Expertise in leadership development, performance management, and succession planning
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor
- Master's degree in HR, Organizational Development, I/O Psychology, Business, or a related field required
