Job Summary
Proactively building relationships with senior Epic professionals and health system access operations leaders, the full-time Principal Talent Partner will engage in strategic talent sourcing and pipeline development while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and cultivate relationships with senior Epic and access operations talent independent of open requisitions
- Engage with candidates by discussing patient access workflows and Epic architecture to earn their trust
- Advise internal leaders on candidate engagement timing and maintain transparent tracking of pipeline activities
Required qualifications
- 6 to 8+ years of experience in Epic, healthcare patient access, or talent acquisition
- Direct experience within Epic environments to engage credibly with senior professionals
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships through personalized engagement
- Strong independent judgment and comfort with ambiguity in talent sourcing
- Experience working cross-functionally with senior leaders in a consultative capacity
