Job Summary

Proactively building relationships with senior Epic professionals and health system access operations leaders, the full-time Principal Talent Partner will engage in strategic talent sourcing and pipeline development while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with senior Epic and access operations talent independent of open requisitions
  • Engage with candidates by discussing patient access workflows and Epic architecture to earn their trust
  • Advise internal leaders on candidate engagement timing and maintain transparent tracking of pipeline activities
Required qualifications
  • 6 to 8+ years of experience in Epic, healthcare patient access, or talent acquisition
  • Direct experience within Epic environments to engage credibly with senior professionals
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships through personalized engagement
  • Strong independent judgment and comfort with ambiguity in talent sourcing
  • Experience working cross-functionally with senior leaders in a consultative capacity
