Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal CPA, Director of Tax (US - Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain strong client relationships and uphold quality control standards for client deliverables
• Lead and mentor the tax team, including senior tax manager and tax accountants
• Prepare and review personal and corporate tax planning documents and returns

Required Qualifications

• CPA with 8+ years of experience, primarily in public accounting
• Experience in client-facing roles and understanding client businesses
• Proficiency in at least one cloud-based accounting platform
• Familiarity with major tax preparation software
• Experience with project management or practice management tools
