Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Technical Delivery Consultant - AI Practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end AI solutions across the Workday ecosystem, ensuring effective data flows and integration patterns
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to C-suite and senior technical leaders, translating AI architecture into business value and digital transformation roadmaps
• Lead technical delivery for AI workstreams, overseeing configuration, integrations, data preparation, and security controls

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise software implementation and technical architecture, with a focus on complex initiatives
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with enterprise AI/ML or intelligent automation deployments
• Strong background in technical architecture, including designing data flows and integration patterns
• Deep familiarity with the Workday ecosystem or equivalent experience with similar enterprise platforms
• Experience in professional services or consulting, leading technical delivery for high-stakes customer programs
