Job Summary
To deliver exceptional post-sales support, the full-time Principal Technical Analyst will manage customer inquiries, resolve service requests, and provide strategic technical assistance while ensuring customer satisfaction in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and resolve Service Requests logged by customers on Oracle products, contributing to proactive support activities
- Own and resolve customer issues throughout the Service Request lifecycle while managing customer expectations
- Contribute to Knowledge Management content creation and collaborate with development on product improvement programs
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
- 10+ years of proven professional experience in database, network, or system administration roles
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle Database administration (12c, 18c, 19c, 23c)
- Experience with Oracle Database Security features and Backup and Recovery processes using RMAN
- Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Oracle Autonomous Database
