Principal Technical Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Technical Architect to lead the development of a new AI-native product.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect a multi-layer core intelligence system and oversee its development
• Establish an AI-native engineering culture and mentor a small team of product engineers
• Implement event-driven data integration pipelines and manage APIs for user-facing products

Required Qualifications

• At least 12 years of professional experience in building complex AI or data-driven systems
• Proven track record in LLM application development and multi-agent system design
• Strong architectural judgment regarding AI assistance and decision-making
• Experience with AI coding tools and a bias toward action in a startup environment
• Demonstrated ability to recruit and mentor engineering talent
