Job Summary
A company is looking for a Principal Tools & Pipeline Technical Artist.
Key Responsibilities
- Build art pipeline framework and artist-facing tools for various art disciplines
- Modify internal artist tools, analyze and resolve bugs, and validate functionality with end users
- Troubleshoot production issues and participate in team planning and discussions
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience as a technical artist in games or related industries
- Expertise with Maya, Unreal Engine 5, and Python scripting
- Experience with 3D character-based game production pipelines
- Commitment to building maintainable and stable systems
- Experience using version control systems like Perforce and Git
