Principal Technical Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Technical Consultant, Professional Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute complex, multi-phase data migration projects to ensure successful customer deployment and adoption
• Serve as an expert on the Egnyte platform, providing detailed knowledge across its various pillars
• Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams for monitoring, reporting, and troubleshooting migration jobs

Required Qualifications

• Strong technical skills in software installation, data migration tools, virtualization, and server operating systems
• Prior experience supporting enterprise software in a technical capacity for a SaaS environment
• Experience leading and mentoring other consultants
• Extensive public cloud experience, particularly in data and permission migration
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline with 12+ years of relevant experience
