Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Technical Consultant (Integrations/AI) with a Top Secret Clearance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and third-party software platforms
• Develop integration strategies and plans while ensuring adherence to best practices
• Act as a subject matter expert to resolve complex user issues related to integrations and AI solutions

Required Qualifications

• Active Security Clearance required
• At least 8 years of experience in configuration/development for complex integration technologies
• Maintain at least 2 ServiceNow mainline CIS certifications and ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification
• Extensive experience with integration technologies and SaaS technologies
• Understanding of AI models and experience with ServiceNow's AI capabilities is highly valued
