Principal Technical Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Technical Consultant, Data & Integrations Specialist, Platform Products Expert Implementation Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with customers and configure data architecture and integrations to drive business outcomes
• Implement robust architectures leveraging ServiceNow's Workflow Data Fabric for data ingestion and analytics
• Act as a subject matter expert to resolve complex integration issues and ensure best practices are followed

Required Qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience in configuration/development for integration technologies
• Maintain at least 2 ServiceNow mainline CIS certifications and ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification
• Extensive experience with integration technologies such as Web Services, middleware, and SaaS
• Strong technical expertise in data engineering and experience with data ingestion tools and ETL processes
• Ability to perform tasks independently and mentor team members
