Principal Technical Consultant, AI

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Technical Consultant (Integrations/AI) to drive customer engagement and implement integration solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and third-party software platforms
• Develop integration strategies and architectures while ensuring adherence to best practices
• Act as a subject matter expert to resolve complex user issues related to integrations and AI solutions

Required Qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience in configuration/development for integration technologies
• Maintain at least 2 ServiceNow mainline CIS certifications and a ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification
• Experience with architecting systems integrations and creating high-level architecture diagrams
• Understanding of AI models and experience with ServiceNow's AI capabilities is highly valued
• Strong Javascript skills and experience with data management and database concepts
