Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Technical Consultant specializing in Integrations and AI with a Top Secret Clearance.

Key Responsibilities

• Leverage AI in work processes and decision-making while implementing ServiceNow's AI offerings
• Devise integration development plans and strategies, ensuring best practices are followed
• Act as a subject matter expert to resolve complex user issues related to integrations and AI solutions

Required Qualifications

• Active Security Clearance required
• At least 8 years of experience in configuration/development for integration technologies
• Maintain at least 2 ServiceNow mainline CIS certifications and ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification
• Extensive experience with integration technologies and architecting systems integrations
• Understanding of AI models and experience with ServiceNow's predictive/task intelligence and Virtual Agent is highly valued
