Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Technical Integration Consultant (HCM).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead integration workstreams, ensuring timely delivery and results
• Design and implement integration solutions based on customer needs
• Conduct testing of integrations and facilitate knowledge transfer sessions

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Human Resources, Payroll, Financials, Integrations, or Reporting for Principal level; 6+ years for Senior level
• Proven ability in a technical role within software or system implementations
• Advanced skills in designing and deploying integration solutions
• Active Workday Implementer Certification or Workday PRO Certification
• Deep understanding of the software implementation lifecycle
