Job Summary
A company is looking for a Principal Technical Lead (Hybrid or Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a self-managed agile team through the full system development life cycle, developing technical solutions
- Act as a technical consultant to translate business requirements into quality technical solutions
- Recommend and design complex application architecture and IT solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational standards
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- 9+ years of related experience in software development
- Significant development experience in relevant programming languages
- Application architecture and development experience in applicable technologies
- Intermediate understanding of the insurance business; experience in Property Casualty or Specialty Insurance is a plus
