Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal, Technical Operations to build and scale its core operational infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and improve systems across IT, Security, Compliance, and Support
• Lead operational readiness projects, including HIPAA compliance and access audits
• Drive cross-functional coordination to ensure operational maturity

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience in at least one core domain: IT, Security, Compliance, Engineering, or Support
• Proven experience designing processes and teams in early-stage or high-growth startups
• Technically fluent, with the ability to read/write code and interpret logs
• Self-starter with high ownership and autonomy in fast-paced environments
• Effective collaborator across multiple teams with a bias toward action
